Kathryn holds a BSN in nursing from the University of Connecticut , a MS Healthcare Management from Frostburg University and a Masters of Nursing from the University of Texas, Austin. She spent 30 years in the Army Nurse Corps before coming to McKesson 9 years ago. Her expertise in today's audio seminar topic comes from her experience in developing a mentor program for over 700 work-at-home, remote employees.
