Guidelines for Talent Contest Participation: Talent includes but is not limited to singing, dancing, blowing bubbles out of your ear, drama etc..... By uploading a video of any kind for entry, you are totally agreeing to all the terms, conditions and rules of the contest which are listed: 1. Video cannot be longer than 2 minutes. The winning talent will be announced and prizes will be awarded on Friday, June 20, 2008 at the Conference being held at the Washington DC Convention Center. 2. No more than 3 people to perform on each entry. Please include all participants on the entry form. 3. Winning Prizes will be distributed equally among all group participants (no more than 3). 4. The age limit for entries is 13 years old and up. All minor children under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian fill out the entry form and also be available to complete any paper work associated with this contest. Contest guidelines are at the sole discretion of Dr. DeeDee Freeman, Vickie Winans and their staff. Such paperwork will include but not limited to the name of the adult(s) to whom the winning check will be written to. If you are under 18 and you submit a talent but not an entry form and/or your entry form is not signed by your parent or legal guardian you will be disqualified. 5. All video entries must be uploaded to www.youtube.com by May 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Any video uploaded after that time, will not be considered. 6.
