This video report deals with Murder suspect James Michael Biela, and his alleged victim Brianna Denison, and the Nevada judicial system. Biela is More
This video report deals with Murder suspect James Michael Biela, and his alleged victim Brianna Denison, and the Nevada judicial system. Biela is alleged to have kidnapped, raped and killed Denison as she lay on a friend's sofa in Reno, Nevada, on or January 20th, 2008. The police have asked the public's help in indentifying other possible suspects. However, the judicial system in Nevada has a record that many feel is inconsistent at best, and unfair at worst. What are police going to do with the killer after he is caught and convicted? Shake his hand as they did with Craig Titus?? In the Craig Titus case, he and wife got away with murder after sensational news reports and false statements by police that Titus would "suffer" the maximum consequences. Stephen B. Shaw killed a Jew and he received probation. What about the five punk Palo Verde High School students (J.D. Buonantony, 17, Travis Skochenko, 17, Ryan Patterson, 16, Rashan Lawrence, 16, and Robert Funk, 16) charged with multiple counts of first-degree arson. After sensational reporting, the teens were never punished. Why expect any different for James Biela, if he is ultimately convicted? What about the teen son of Nevada Judge Donald Mosley? This creep was involved in a fatal car accident, had multiple priors, and he walked out of jail while the police and judges were "reviewing the case."
