This video includes the flags of Greece and Cyprus and the flags of the countries who share the Byzantine double headed eagle as it's banner : Imperial Russia, Serbia and Montenegro. Reverend Geoffrey C. Bingham AM, MM, (b. 1919) is an Australian author and Minister in the Anglican Church of Australia. He trained at Moore Theological College, ministered at the Garrison Church in Sydney then served as a missionary under the aegis of the Church Missionary Society (CMS) in Pakistan from 1957-1967, where he was founding Principal of the Pakistan Bible Training Institute at Hyderabad, Pakistan. From 1967-1973 he was Principal of the Bible College of South Australia (then Adelaide Bible Institute) after which he formed New Creation Publications (later New Creation Teaching Ministry).
