hello, this is brown bomber from various forums. in this video, i defeat the elite four from pokemon blue with a level 7 mew. this video was recorded with a visualboy advance emulator; i used the game file from tilus's tool-assisted speedrun, and obtained a level 7 mew using the mew glitch. (look it up if you don't know what it does.) it was hard to get this video under ten minutes, so excuse any sloppy transition/sound effects.in this video, i abuse ohko moves. in the first generation, ohko moves only work if your pokemon is faster. i use x-speed so that mew is faster than the opposing pokemon, then x-accuracy so the inaccurate ohko moves will hit. unfortunately, mew has to avoid enemy onslaughts while it's setting up. i have to use six x-speed for lorelei; i can't tell you how many resets that took. :(for the curious, my mew is level 39 by the time i defeat my rival.i hope you enjoy the video!
